the report cards were out last friday.  for the third quarter, the expected grade was  2:  performance below grade level.  matthew was given a 16.  the highest grade to be given overall is 4, and that is not expected until the end of the schoolyear.  the teacher has once again written ADVANCED in bold letters, [...]
